Hiranyakashyap, the oppressive demon king, boldly declares himself a deity, challenging Lord Vishnu's supremacy. Despite his father's tyranny, Prahlad, his devoted son, remains steadfast in his worship of Vishnu. In response, Vishnu manifests as Narsimha, the half-man, half-lion avatar, to vanquish the demon and restore cosmic balance.
