Arjun, a dedicated and resilient police officer, teams up with his close friend Andrew to hunt down a chilling and sadistic serial killer known as Bhramma, also dubbed The Smiley Man. Their relentless pursuit leads to Bhramma’s capture, but not without sacrifice—Andrew loses his life in the process. Devastated by the tragedy and the loss of his partner, Arjun decides to resign from the police force. The nightmare, however, is far from over, as Bhramma unexpectedly escapes from prison and continues his murderous rampage, reigniting the terror.
