In Haiti, a band of kidnappers seizes the son of a prominent presidential hopeful. Among them are Doc and Zoe, two inexperienced criminals assigned to hand over the hostage to their unforgiving leader. However, when a hitman pursues them, Zoe unintentionally kills the captive. In a state of panic, Doc and Zoe encounter Patrick and his heavily pregnant wife, Laura. Remarkably, Patrick bears a striking resemblance to the senator’s deceased son. Seizing the opportunity, Doc and Zoe decide to kidnap the couple and substitute Patrick for the candidate’s missing son.
