In a dystopian future plagued by pollution, an exclusive residential complex providing pristine living conditions for the wealthy is constructed atop the ruins of Sanctum, a defunct asylum. However, the new inhabitants quickly begin to experience the same psychological afflictions that once tormented the asylum’s original occupants.
